Oatmeal Tarts
Oatmeal Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, melted, 1 c. packed dark brown sugar, 1 c. packed light brown sugar, 4 c. old fashioned oatmeal and 3/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Melt butter.
Add sugars, oatmeal, salt, vanilla and pecans; mix well.
Fill miniature muffin pans 3/4 full. Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
While hot, using a spoon, push mixture which has baked out over the edge back into the pan, making tart compact.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Yields 72.
