Oatmeal Cookies
Oatmeal Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, 1 c. white sugar, 1 c. margarine or 1 c. crisco, 1 tsp. soda in boiling hot water and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

With electric beater, mix margarine and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, then oatmeal.
Add flour, gradually.
Add cinnamon, cooked raisins, applesauce and the nuts last.
Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet that has been oiled or greased.
Very moist and good.
