No-Roll Peach Cobbler
No-Roll Peach Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. peeled, sliced peaches, 1 1/2 c. sugar, divided, 1/2 c. butter, 3/4 c. all-purpose flour and 2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix sliced peaches with 1 cup sugar; set aside.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Place butter in a 2-quart baking dish.
Set in oven to melt butter.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk; pour over melted butter, but do not stir.
Put sugared peaches on top of batter, again without stirring.
Bake for about 1 hour, until batter has risen to top and is crisp and brown.
Makes about 6 servings.
