In saucepan, melt margarine.
Add peanut butter, vanilla and cocoa and heat until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Add powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
Press into 11 x 14-inch pan.
Chill 1/2 hour.
Cut into squares.
