No Bake Granola Bars
No Bake Granola Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1/2 c. packed brown sugar, 2 beaten eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 4 c. granola, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In large saucepan melt margarine. Remove from heat.
Stir in brown sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Return to heat. Cook and stir until bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Press mixture into a buttered 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours or freeze for 1 hour.
Makes 24 bars.
(Keep leftovers in the refrigerator.)
