"No-Bake" Cookie Crumble Cheesecake
"No-Bake" Cookie Crumble Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox gelatin, 1/4 c. milk, 1 c. milk, heated to boiling, 2 (8 oz.) pkg. each cream cheese, softened and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

In blender, sprinkle Knox gelatin over cold milk.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Add hot milk and process at low until dissolved, about 2 minutes.
Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla and process until blended.
Arrange chocolate in bottom of crust.
Pour in gelatin mixture.
Sprinkle with crushed cookies.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Makes 10 servings.
