My Favorite Barbecue Sauce is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1/4 c. cider vinegar, 2/3 c. ketchup, 1/3 c. water and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix all ingredients together and simmer slowly for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Especially good as a basting sauce for beef, pork and poultry when cooking on the grill.
Yields 2 1/2 cups.
