Mushroom Steak
Mushroom Steak is an easy dinner. Made with 1-1 1/2 lb. of any meat suitable for stir fry (thin strips), 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 med. bell pepper, 1/2 c. milk and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown and saute meat in 2-3 T. oil, cut pepper into strips and add to meat, stir in soup and milk.
Simmer 10 -15 min. additional milk can be added if mixture becomes too thick.
Serve over a bed of rice.
