Mushroom Steak
Mushroom Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, trimmed, 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 tbsp. minced onions, 1 stick oleo or butter and 1 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cut steak into 4-inch pieces.
Melt butter or margarine in large pot with Worcestershire.
Sear meat on high heat until light brown on each side.
Turn down to simmer.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover and simmer for 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until tender.
Stir frequently.
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
