Mom's Christmas Jello
Mom'S Christmas Jello is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 boxes red jell-o, 1 box green jell-o, 1 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows, 3 (3 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cheese and 1 c. pineapple juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix 1 box red Jell-O and 1 cup hot water.
Let jell; set aside.
Mix 1 box green Jell-O with all other ingredients except cream, then fold in cream after whipping.
Pour over red jello already set.
Mix box of red jello with 1 cup hot water.
Let cool, then pour over top.
Chill.
