Mom's Chili
Mom'S Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 2 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1 large can stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large kettle or saucepan, brown ground beef.
Drain and add onion; cook until tender.
Add rest of ingredients.
Bring to a boil and then simmer for 1 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, thicken with 3 tablespoons flour mixed with 1/4 cup water.
Stir until thickened.
Serve with cornbread.
