Mom's Barbecue Chicken
Mom'S Barbecue Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 chickens, cooked and boned, or 8 to 10 legs, thighs, etc., 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, 4 stems celery, chopped, 2 onions, chopped and 1 c. broth from cooked chicken, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook and bone chickens (save broth).
Saute celery and onions in butter or margarine.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; heat for 5 minutes.
Combine sauce, sauteed vegetables and chicken in electric frypan.
