Molded Chicken Salad
Molded Chicken Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. chicken, 2 tbsp. gelatin, 2 tbsp. cold water, 3/4 c. boiling water and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Chop or dice chicken.
Soak gelatin in cold water and dissolve in boiling water.
Add salt, lemon juice and onion extract.
Add to chicken and cool.
Whip cream and fold into chicken.
Pack into ring mold and when set, turn into a bed of fresh lettuce leaves. Fill center with 2 cups diced pickled beets.
