Mixed Vegetable Casserole
Mixed Vegetable Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 c. liquid from cooking vegetables, 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add onion to vegetables; cook halfway, according to directions.
Drain, saving 1 cup liquid.
Add liquid and soup to vegetables.
Melt oleo; add stuffing mix to it.
Put 1/2 of oleo and stuffing in the vegetable mixture.
Put in casserole dish; top with the remaining oleo and stuffing.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
