Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Line muffin tins with paper liners. Mix melted butter with cookie crumbs and press into bottom of each liner.
Whip together cream cheese and honey, then egg and vanilla until fluffy.
Divide evenly into liners.
Bake in center of oven for 12 minutes.
Do not remove.
Turn off oven and leave in unopened oven for another 12 minutes.
Remove and cool.
