Microwave Taco Soup
Microwave Taco Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 can undrained pinto beans, 1 can undrained kidney beans, 1 large can tomatoes and 1 can drained corn, whole kernel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Brown meat in a 3-quart casserole dish in the microwave for about 7 minutes on High.
Stir a couple of times and be sure the meat is crumbled while you are browning it.
Drain.
Add the taco seasoning mix and the Hidden Valley seasoning mix to the browned meat and stir.
Add all the other ingredients and microwave on High for about 7 to 8 minutes.
Stir about halfway through the cooking time.
Serve with grated cheese and corn chips if you desire.
This is even better the second day.
