Microwave Meat Loaf
Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground round steak or ground chuck, 2 eggs, well beaten, 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs, 3/4 c. ketchup and 1/2 c. warm water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine ground round, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, water and soup mix.
Mix thoroughly and place in a 10-inch glass pie plate. Shape mixture into a wreath, leaving a 2-inch open area in the center.
Cover with wax paper, rotating dish twice during cooking. Microwave on 70% (Medium-high) 16 to 17 minutes.
Remove any grease that may have collected.
Pour tomato sauce over top; do not cover.
Microwave on 70% for 4 to 6 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
