Microwave Irish Coffee
Microwave Irish Coffee is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. water, 1 round tsp. instant coffee, 2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. irish whiskey and whipped cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Use a biscuit cutter and cut the center out of a slice of buttered bread.
Both sides should be buttered.
Place in a skillet over medium heat.
Place an egg in the hole.
Cook for about one minute and turn.
Place a slice of any type of cheese on the cooked side and continue to cook for about another minute.
