Microwave Chili
Microwave Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 medium onions, chopped, 3 tsp. chili powder, 1 tsp. salt and 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Crumble ground beef microwave safe colander, place in microwave safe bowl, stir in onions.
Cook on High for 5 to 6 minutes until no longer pink.
Discard drippings.
Pour into 2 1/2-quart Pyrex casserole mix remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave on Roast for 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
