Michigan Lasagna
Michigan Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 lb. ground beef, 1 small can tomato paste, 1 large cottage cheese (put in strainer for 30 minutes) and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook noodles according to package directions.
Beat egg and mix with cottage cheese, parsley and garlic.
Brown beef and sausage (drain) and add Prego and tomato paste.
Simmer (if too thick, add a little water).
Coat 9 x 13-inch pan with a little oil.
Layer noodles, meat sauce, then egg and cheese mixture, then noodles.
Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
Bake at 375Β° covered for 1/2 hour.
Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour more.
