Mexican Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. corn meal, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 3/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
