Mexican Pizza
Mexican Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (12-inch) round prepared italian bread shell, 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, finely chopped and 1 1/2 c. salsa, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.
Pour off fat.
Stir in salsa and bouillon.
Simmer 5 minutes.
Place bread shell on a large baking sheet.
Top with salsa mixture, cheese, sliced peppers and olives.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 1 pizza.
