Mexican Lasagna
Mexican Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce and 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown meat and onion in large frying pan.
Blend in tomatoes, enchilada sauce, olives with liquid from can, salt, garlic and pepper.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes (at least, otherwise sauce will be too thin).
Stir occasionally.
