Mexican Corn Casserole
Mexican Corn Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter (can use lite), 1 c. sour cream (can use no fat), 1 pkg. mexican cornbread mix, 1 can whole kernel corn, drained and 1 can cream-style corn, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat oven to 375°.
Use approximately 8 x 11-inch pan.
Spray with nonstick spray.
Let butter melt in oven.
Mix all ingredients in bowl, then pour over butter, but do not stir in butter.
