Mexican Casserole
Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pound hamburger meat, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 can rotel, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Brown meat and onion, salt and pepper to taste.
Add Rotel, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and green chiles. Picante sauce can be substituted for chilies.
Mix well.
In a casserole dish, put a layer of the meat sauce.
Cover with pieces of the corn tortillas, quarter or eighths.
Repeat until all meat sauce is used.
Cover with cheese.
Bake 15 minutes at 350.
