Mexican Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can red kidney beans, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 c. chopped walnuts and 4 small sweet pickles, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
