Mexi-Chili Casserole
Mexi-Chili Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips, 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans, 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce and 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Save 1 cup chips and 1/2 cup cheese.
Combine rest of chips, cheese and chili and both sauces and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Spread top with sour cream.
Sprinkle the rest of cheese and crushed corn chips over sour cream.
Bake for 5 more minutes.
