Mercers Chocolate Marshmallow Pie
Mercers Chocolate Marshmallow Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 baked 8-inch pie shell, 20 or 22 large marshmallows, 3/4 c. milk, 2 tbsp. cocoa and pinch of salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Cook marshmallows, milk, cocoa and pinch of salt in double boiler until marshmallows dissolve.
Add vanilla, lemon juice or rum or orange juice or 1 tablespoon of any juice you prefer.
Fold in Cool Whip or whipped cream.
Pour in a baked pie shell and chill.
Cover with Cool Whip or whipped cream and top with pecans.
