Meat Lover's Lasagna
Meat Lover'S Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. pkg. lasagna noodles, 1/2 lb. each: ground beef, ground pork, pork sausage, ground turkey and italian sausage, 1/4 tsp. minced garlic, 2 (7 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes and 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine meat, onion and garlic and brown.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, basil, sweet basil, oregano, fennel seed, salt and pepper to meat.
Simmer for 15 minutes.
Mix egg, Ricotta, Romano, Asiago, Provolone and Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes together.
Cook noodles in boiling water for 12 minutes.
Drain and lay out on wax paper to cool.
In large baking dish, put one layer of noodles, then cheese mixture, then meat mixture.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Cook at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
