Meat Eggrolls(Lumpia)
Meat Eggrolls(Lumpia) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground pork, 2 c. chopped carrots, 1 c. chopped bell pepper, 1/2 c. onion and 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix all ingredients, except oil and catsup.
Put small amount of filling inside each eggroll wrapper.
Roll up filled wrapper, but before you get to the end, brush wrapper end with beaten egg so that wrapper will stick together.
Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with catsup for dipping.
Makes approximately 30 rolls.
