Mccoy's Irish Meatballs
Mccoy'S Irish Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 egg, 1/2 green pepper, chopped, 1 medium onion, chopped and 1/4 tsp. garlic salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine ground chuck, egg, pepper, onion, bread crumbs and seasonings.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into balls.
Brown in shortening until all sides of meat are evenly browned (approximately 10 minutes).
Add tomato sauce, water and bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
Simmer 1 hour.
Serve over spaghetti.
