Mccall's Microwave Herb-Roasted Chicken
Mccall'S Microwave Herb-Roasted Chicken is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 (10 oz. size) pkg. frozen white and wild rice, 1 celery stalk, thinly sliced, 1 small onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley and 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
With knife, vent rice packets.
Microwave on High 5 minutes, just until thawed.
In medium bowl, toss rice with celery, onion and parsley.
In small glass bowl, microwave butter on High for 20 seconds or just until softened, not melted.
Stir lemon juice, tarragon, rosemary and thyme into butter; mix well.
