Maxine'S Christmas Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o, 6 oz. cream cheese, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/2 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Drain pineapple juice into saucepan.
Heat to boiling.
Add Jell-O to dissolve.
