Matt'S Prize Winning Steak Sprite Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. round steak, 1/2 c. oil, 2 tbsp. a.1. steak sauce, 2 tbsp. heinz 57 sauce and 2 tbsp. barbecue sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Flour and brown steak in 1/4 cup oil.
Drain then put back in pan.
Mix all sauces together and pour sauces and Sprite over steak.
Add other ingredients; cover and turn down to low; simmer about 30 minutes.
Pour over cooked rice and serve with apple rings and parsley, if desired.
Yields 6 servings.
