Mary Brogan's Jambalaya
Mary Brogan'S Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. shrimp, 1 c. chopped onion, 1 c. chopped celery, 1 c. chopped green pepper and 1 clove garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute chopped onion, celery, green pepper and garlic in the butter.
Add tomatoes, thyme, parsley, chili powder, sugar, salt, pepper, bouillon and wine.
Saute the chicken with sausage.
Add Tabasco to taste.
Add meat and shrimp to veggies.
Saute, stirring, for 1 hour on medium heat.
Serve over rice.
