Marinated Grilled Flank Steak
Marinated Grilled Flank Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 c. soy sauce, 1/4 c. dry red wine, 3 tbsp. vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix all ingredients in the pan in which the meat is to be marinated.
Marinate steak, turning occasionally, for 2 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
Broil meat over hot coals for 5 minutes per side for rare meat or cook until desired doneness. Slice meat on a diagonal across the grain and serve.
Great for summer on the grill.
