Mandarin Orange Salad
Mandarin Orange Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello, 1 pt. orange sherbet and 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Reserve syrup from pineapple and add enough water to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
Pour in saucepan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat, add jello and stir until dissolved.
Add orange sherbet and stir until melted.
Chill until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 20 minutes.
Fold in oranges and pineapple.
You can put oranges on top if you like.
