Macaroni Vegetable Salad
Macaroni Vegetable Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shell macaroni, 1/2 c. radishes, sliced, 2 tbsp. finely chopped onion, 1 tsp. dijon mustard, grained and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook macaroni and vegetables according to directions.
Cool. Mix in small bowl the Ranch dressing, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Mix radishes and onions with macaroni and vegetables. Cover with dressing and mix well.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits.
Cover; let marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
