Macaroni Fruit Salad
Macaroni Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box very small macaroni (bead type), 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 can chunk pineapple, 2 small cans mandarin oranges and 1 3/4 c. juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook macaroni; drain well.
Drain juice from pineapple and oranges.
Save 1 3/4 cups juice.
Use 1 3/4 cups juice with eggs, sugar, flour and salt.
Cook this until thick.
Pour over macaroni in bowl.
Let stand in fridge overnight.
Next day, add fruit and cherries (discard juice), Cool Whip and marshmallows.
Mix and eat.
