Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain.
Place in buttered casserole dish.
Melt butter in double boiler; add flour, salt and pepper and stir.
Slowly add milk and stir until sauce thickens.
Cut cheese into cubes; add to sauce.
Stir constantly until cheese melts.
Pour cheese sauce over macaroni. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
