M&M'S Cookies
M&M'S Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine shortening and sugars in a large bowl.
Beat in vanilla and eggs.
Sift remaining dry ingredients.
Add to eggs and sugar/shortening mixture, blending well.
Stir in 1/2 cup of candies.
Save rest for decorating tops of cookies.
Drop from teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
Decorate with candy.
Bake in 375Β° oven 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely. This recipe can be doubled.
Store in airtight containers.
