Low-Fat Turkey Meat Loaf
Low-Fat Turkey Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey, 3/4 c. quaker oats, 1/2 pkg. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1 tomato, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix ground turkey and oats.
Add in garlic salt.
When well mixed, place in loaf pan, reserving some of the turkey mixture. Form a ditch in the middle of the turkey loaf.
Place sliced tomatoes in the ditch.
Cover with Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle basil over top.
Take remaining turkey mixture and cover over tomatoes and cheese.
Bake for about 1 hour at 350Β°.
