Low-Fat Salad
Low-Fat Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope good seasons nonfat salad dressing mix (for honey mustard fat-free dressing), 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp. orange juice, 3 oranges, sectioned or 1 can mandarin oranges and 1/2 tsp. grated orange peel, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Prepare salad dressing mix, vinegar, orange juice and water as directed on envelope.
Substitute the orange juice for the water and add the orange peel.
Mix spinach, oranges, onion and meat or crab in bowl.
Add dressing and toss lightly.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of salad for added flavor.
Serve immediately.
