Made with 12 oz. tri-color noodles, cooked and drained, 2 c. broccoli florets, 6 carrots, peeled and cut, 1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise and 3/4 c. red wine vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a large bowl, combine pasta, broccoli and carrots.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, pepper and mustard.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
