Low-Fat Lasagna
Low-Fat Lasagna is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 1 jar golden grain marinara sauce (30 oz.), 1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well, 2 c. nonfat cottage cheese and 1 pkg. (16 oz.) low-fat mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

In 9 x 13-inch pan, pour 1/3 of the sauce and spread evenly. Layer half the noodles, half the cottage cheese, half the spinach and half of the Mozzarella cheese.
Pour another third of the jar of sauce evenly over layers.
Repeat the layers ending with the last third of sauce.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
