Low-Fat Jello Cake
Low-Fat Jello Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box betty crocker light white cake mix, 1 pkg. jell-o gelatin (any flavor), 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. cold water and 1 (8 oz.) container light cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Bake at 350Β° in 13 x 9 x 2-inch rectangular pan for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool. Prick the cake at 1/2-inch intervals with fork.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and pour carefully over cake.
Chill 3 to 4 hours.
