Low-Fat Berry Bavarian
Low-Fat Berry Bavarian is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz. serving) pkg. jell-o brand raspberry sugar-free low calorie gelatin dessert, 1 c. cold water, ice cubes and 2 1/4 c. thawed cool whip lite whipped topping, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
