Low Calorie Jello Salad
Low Calorie Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 large box sugar-free jell-o (strawberry or cherry), 1 small pkg. frozen strawberries, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 3 smashed bananas and 1/2 pt. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water; set aside until room temperature.
Add to Jell-O the pineapple with juice, strawberries with juice, then fold in bananas.
Pour half in dish; chill until set.
When set, spread sour cream over top.
Finish by pouring rest of Jell-O mixture over top.
Refrigerate until serving. Enjoy!
