Light Fettuccine Alfredo
Light Fettuccine Alfredo is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. skim milk, 2 small garlic cloves, minced, 2 tsp. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. fat-free cream cheese and 1 c. grated parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
In a medium saucepan over high heat, whisk milk, garlic, flour and cream cheese.
Bring to boil, whisking constantly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes or until thickened.
Add Parmesan; whisk until blended.
Remove from heat; stir in Molly McButter.
Pour sauce over hot fettuccine.
Sprinkle with parsley and pepper, if desired.
