Light Diet Burgers
Light Diet Burgers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1-1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef, 2-1/2 tsp. salt, divided, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/4 c. steak sauce, divided and 2 large onions, sliced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine beef, 1-1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper and
2 tablespoons steak sauce. Form into several patties. In large skillet, sear patties on both sides. Remove from pan; lower heat and add onions, peppers, mushrooms, 2 tablespoons steak sauce and 1 teaspoon salt. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Replace patties. Simmer until meat is cooked. Add tomatoes at the end, just to heat through.
